My name is Michelle Thompson. I write fiction, scrapbook digitally, dabble in mixed media, and am playing at doodling. In my previous IT career I managed and developed personnel into software development, and have designed and trained large groups into new methodologies. Oh, and I’ve won a few awards and certificates in my time both in I.T. and crafts, despite trying my best to avoid exams and contests.

Throughout my life I have dabbled and researched into creativity as a whole.

I have previously written several popular niche blogs – on scrapbooking, writing, and even on a virtual life. Unlike my other weblogs, Create Minded is intended to accomplish all my interest subjects in the one place. The mix of subjects may be eclectic, but I hope you find something of interest for your own reading pleasure.

Actually, the owls don’t have names as yet. I just like them.

They want me to tell you how owls are a universal symbol for wisdom and big sight, but really – sometimes owls can be a little scarey.

They hunt mice for dinner, afterall.
